WindowParts Supply Mila Tilt & Turn Window Restrictors.

 

Option A is a window restrictor for uPVC tilt & turn windows, it can be used when opening the window either inwards or outwards. The restrictor arm is automatically engaged when the window is opened & will allow the window to be fixed at a 100mm (10cm) opening, this can help prevent accidents involving open windows.
Option A is fitted to the front of the frame.
The window is also blocked from slamming shut in breezy conditions once these are fixed in place.
Window restrictors are an economical way to secure a tilt & turn window, Option A is for uPVC frames, see Option B for timber windows.

Option B is the Mila restrictor version made for timber windows, if your wooden tilt & turn windows need restricting this is the required version. As with Option A these allow an opening of 100mm (10cm) and automatically lock in once the window is opened fully to prevent it shutting suddenly.
Offers ventilation and child safety.
Can easily be released by an adult for full window opening.
Option B is fitted to the side of the frame.
